The location was perfect and we loved being in the old centre of the city within walking distance of the various sites of interest. The Plaza Mayor is a beautiful, vibrant and lively space, however our room overlooking the square was really quiet at night thanks to the double glazed windows.

It’s in the center of everything. It’s walking distance to everything. It’s inside the plaza which is really great but it’s also noisy at night because it’s a big tourist spot. The staff is not as friendly as they should be. Breakfast is so so. Not sure if I’d stay there again.

Overall good stay, but not for the €350 price tag.
Service was good, location is excellent, and the indoor spa pool was very cool. The experience was lowered with the very small room (no space to open a suitcase), the shower leaking into the room, and that the hotel made no prior mention of the closed rooftop facilities. For the price which was higher than many peer and similarly located hotels, I didn’t think the value was there.

Awesome!!!! The hotel is centrally located. The staff was amazing, they helped me with everything from directions, great recommendations in the area and reservations for trains and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel in a prime area. Everything we wanted to visit was in walking distance. We booked a room overlooking Plaza Mayor. It was amazing to have such a spectacular view. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and attentive. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

The room faces internal courtyard. I can’t open the window because of the fishy smell from restaurant below. The rooftop pool and bar were nice but also smelled strongly of fish from the restaurant. Better ventilation of kitchen may help.
