Was very disappointed there was ants in the room the ac was broken it would not turn off. The hotel was u dear construction so most of the hotel was inaccessible. I’m sad that I had such a terrible experience. We should not have been charged 45 bucks a night just to park when there is construction going on the elevators don’t work properly. The guy in the mornings that is supposed to open the exit level takes forever one day i sat for about ten minutes before I got out the car to go into the room to ask why the lever is not working I was told just to keep pressing it. SMH. La Quinta In. Is usually a beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service, unfortunately this was not.

Leaving the property, there were a lot of homeless people, according to what they said was breakfast was included, and they gave us an apple with a juice. The area was very dirty and they charged $60 for parking.

I like that the room is clean. They are under construction so the breakfast is grab and go. But its the same everyday. They even run out of breakfast. its already an inconvenience for the customer thats they are doing construction, the least they can do is to make sure that other amenities is going right. When we talk to the manager he said that the breakfast will be better the next morning he lied. They only have apple and apple juice for breakfast the next day. I dont think the manager care at all.

The property is under renovation. So, no breakfast, no swimming pool, the Wi-Fi was a major issue, and still got charge $45 per night for parking, they could at least offer that, but they did not!

Worst La Quinta I ever encountered.This location was supposed to offer continental breakfast which ended up being yogurt, apple juice and a piece of fruit in a brown bag.. then the elevator was broken in the parking garage and we had to carry our things from the 2nd floor upon arrival and departure.and to top it off they charge $50 per night for parking. Thankfully we only stayed one night. Your front desk person also needs to see a dentist ASAP.. his breath was horrible.

There was renovation work being carried out. Swimming pool was closed. The banging noise started every morning at 8 am and continued through out the day. There was no breakfast provided as the restaurant was under renovation. A small paper bag which included 2 muffin and a single juice was the breakfast available which had to be collected from the front desk. There was no water provided for tea coffee. Had to purchase from the convenience store at the gas station. House keeping did cleaning and changed the towels every alternate day. Lobby and room corridors were smelly and carpets were dirty and stained. Finally an additional $10 vat per night was deducted from the deposit as workers fund. This information was not mentioned or included on the hotel web page displayed on Expedia website. Staff at the reception was very rude and arrogant. There was no operating metro in the vicinity as mentioned on the hotel website Being an Expedia member who has booked multiple properties in North America and Europe through your portal. I found this as the worst property I have come across I would like to advise guests to avoid booking in this hotel. There was no restroom (toilet) in the lobby and a guest waiting to check in was directed to the mobile porta cabin in the parking area. Finally would appreciate if you can review the hotel and remove this property from your portal.

When checking in the guy didn’t have my room, tried to tell me he didn’t see it. Had to wait 30 minutes for him to find it. Before the check out time I had went to go get food at McDonald’s and came back and my key card didn’t work. Had to go back and fourth down stairs to the front desk to keep telling them the key card isn’t working. It took six times until a manager actually went up the elevator with me to open the door. There was only one elevator working and the house keeper was rude. I asked her for assistance to call the front desk but she told me she couldn’t help me after she seen me go up and down the elevator three times. Overall experience was a three out of five. Customer service needs improvement from the night time and the house keepers. Especially when there are only two workers in the morning.
