I had a horrible experience with the information provided by the phone operator: i was given the wrong phone number to call the shuttle at LAX. I ended up at a lesser Hyatt a mile away from the Rgency. I was offered to walk with my luggage or pay for a taxi. The shuttle could not take me there because of their rules. I had to pay $15.00 for the taxi. By that time it was 2 am. I had left the airport at midnight!

Just a night trip for leaving the next day for LAX. Hotel could use a better food option and a mini mart. Not close to anyone where to buy a soda. Only would stay here to fly our first thing in the morning. Airport shuttle is great

There was an intermittent clicking sound all night that woke me up several times. I complained in the morning and they said "oh, it's probably a low battery alert on the smoke detector".
