Not as good as I expected
The shuttle from LAX took too long. We sat on the curb for 45 minutes while several empty shuttles passed. Checking in took much longer than it should have. When we first got to the front desk there was a long line and only one attendant.

Mentioning its 75$ to park your car over night at the hotel would be nice. Used 3rd party location in back. Booked into room easily enough. While in room someone else was able to use their key to open our door! Reception apologized for mix up, offered breakfast (we had already paid for) or drinks and late checkout. We wanted to drive to leave and eat, that's another 48$ with 3rd party parking btw. Got back to hotel to go to our room, we're locked out of our room! Had to do to reception to get key fixed. Shuttle service convenient and drops off at terminals requested. Walked back to hotel as getting picked back up i couldn't find a shuttle (this is probably my fault). Less than a mile walk. Couldn't get pool gate to open at 10am, along with seeing a father and daughter unable to open the pool gate as well. Room was quiet, dark for sleeping. Bed nice. Found a water bottle cap under a glass cup on a used looking coaster. Lounge area pretty. There's a restaurant, bar, and little shop that has "Starbucks" and other things. Our drinks were good.
