Had loud neighbors that the staff said they would send someone and nobody did anything about it. Randomly at 1 am some alarms started going off and we got terrible sleep. Not to mention the airplanes flying in all the time

Service and food excellent!
Service is great! Love the food. Room was small but comfortable. The only suggestion I have is that the plates could be replaced with ceramic and the utensils upgraded to a better quality.

Good choice near LAX
Location very convenient for LAX. Staff helpful and friendly. Room comfortable and large. Breakfast had a lot of options available. There was a problem with the TV in my room, but staff quickly fixed it.
