Unfortunately we waited an hour and 10 minutes for a shuttle. A shuttle came by after a 30 minute wait, stopped before the designated signage, dropped passengers off, and left immediately, even as we were trying to flag it down from the designated spoy provided in the hotel’s email instructions. Meanwhile, we saw at least 4 shuttles from a hotel right next door stop during the same time period.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was very clean. I definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. Our water in the bathroom did not get hot. Barely warm. Maintenance came, but still was not warm enough. Tv doesn't work. Called maintenance to come figure out why its not working. But the accommodations are very very nice

A nice spot to overnight between flights but finding your way in will be a challenge. Hyatt really should text some precise instructions for finding the guest dropoff area (there isn't really one) and parking (which, we finally discovered, requires you to use either a scanned code from your reservation or a credit card to get in -- no charge is applied -- which they then use to allow you out again after dropping off your bags. It was all super complex for first-timers and we drove around the hotel block three times before figuring out there was no drop-off zone and then deciding to figure out how the parking structure worked. Aside from that, our stay was lovely and the shuttle back to the airport was perfectly convenient and runs 24 hours a day.

It was ok, the staff was friendly at check in but if you want a goodnight sleep then don’t stay here you can hear the planes coming and going all night. they offer free transportation to and from the airport and the guy that takes you came back from the airport so we got on the bus and he was outside playing on his phone when we where in a hurry to get to the airport so my husband went out to ask him if we could leave and he said in a few minutes as he played on his phone so he got on the bus to take us and asked us which airline so we told him and he didn’t even drop us off by the airline which we flew we had to walk all the way down to the airline so what was the point of asking if he doesn’t drop you off by the door of your airline. Probably won’t stay again
