I liked my stay here. The hotel staff was always very kind and welcoming when going out for the day and coming back for the night. The rooms are a little small but not terrible it was an amazing comfortable bed. I loved that it does give off a cozy vibe.

Property is quiet as it is away from the business of other parts of the city. Nonetheless, it is a walkable distance to grand central station, times square, rockefeller center, and dining options. Property is clean and all staff are nice and welcoming. Would stay again!

Only reason for the deducted a star because the first concierge gave us a room with a non-working thermostat and the room was literally unloveable the first night. The second concierge was beyond helpful and gave us the room exactly how it is pictured. Would book again just based on the second concierge experience.

We had a mixed experience. Upon arrival they gave us an old room, worn out bed, bathtub converted in shower. Old. I had to complain and they moved into a refurbished room for the other 5 days; different experience. Since it is not cheap, I thought it was a necessary complaint; they should not be allowed to rent the old rooms - or have them at half price. Either than that, the hotel is conveniently placed for its location - basically besides the Chrysler. Staff is friendly and helpful; at the concierge desk, Vito was really nice, helpful and professional.
