Nice hotel. Wrong side of hotel.
Room was nice, hotel is nice, no complaints about the overall condition or comfort. Front desk was ok, kind-of indifferent. Coffee service was discontinued the 2nd morning of our 2 night stay, maybe the front desk could suggest a nearby place to grab a coffee? The least pleasant part of our stay was that our room was on the West side of the hotel, there is a restaurant/bar on the ground floor that has an outdoor patio. The noise coming from that patio was also amplified by the brick building next door and we got to enjoy(not) the loud partying until well after 1:00am. So much fun they were having by their volume level. Old hotel with thin walls and loose windows don’t block the noise. Hotel front desk was called, they offered to move us into another room at 11:30pm. No thanks! Maybe a reduction in our bill is in order? how about warning guests that this will be a noisy night? Front desk shoulder-shrugged away the issue sounding like they have heard it before. Oh well too bad.

I had such a great stay! The hotel and the area is nice and quiet. Very attentive and helpful staff and overall a very comfortable hotel to call home for a week. The area is great because you're never more than a 30 minute bus or train ride away from most neighborhoods you're going to want to checkout. Hollywood, Downtown, Santa Monica and others are all so handy.

Little gem of a hotel in Koreatown area of L.A. Great staff, walkable to so many wonderful dining options and close to USC. The evening glass of wine is wonderful in their gorgeous lobby area.

The staff was great very helpful in finding the right place to park etc. along with all my other questions answered promptly and very professionally. The hotel was a lovely testament to days gone by. BUT very centrally located to the Wilturn Theatre for the concert we attended that evening. The breakfast $25 credit was spent at the Casslles restaurant was great too!

The hotel is older and the rooms not totally updated, the staff is extremely friendly and the checkin process was very easy. The paid overnight in/out parking is close and reasonable in cost.

Overall a good option and a great option if you want to be in the Koreatown area in particular. Lots of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel and a good gym down the road if you need one. Special shout out / thanks to CJ as he is always friendly on the checkin and if I need any help with things.
