One of the best hotels in LA
I love this hotel. Myself and my wife love this hotel. The decor is beautiful. The staff is very courteous and attenuative. We have stayed there over 5 times and will be staying there in the future.

Came to Los Angeles, CA from Miami, FL due to the passing of my mom. We booked this hotel because it was close to my aunts apartment. I like the fact that everything you needed was walking distance and didn’t need a Uber/lyft ride. The staff at the front desk was very polite and room service was excellent especially when we needed more towels. It was also quiet and It felt safe because there was security outside and inside the lobby of the hotel.

Hotel Indigo is a amazing, convenient, and a great place to stay considering it’s in DTLA. From the smooth valet parking with Sam Mason. To the checking in procedure and getting inside welcomed to a nice clean & fresh room! Will come again and definitely recommend to others :)

The hotel room was horrible! Couch that was dirty and extremely worn down along with a chair that had many stains. The beds were very old with headboards that had several rips and tears. Outside we saw a rat running across the from patio near the door. They have a third party that does the valet parking and the communication between them and the hotel needs to be improved.
