Great stay. It’s my favorite hotel to stay at when I’m in the area. Only negative remark I have was when I checked in the front reception was on their phone. I stood there for a couple minutes until they noticed me. Their initial greeting made me feel like I was interrupting them. My response, “no, I have a reservation”. Afterwards, it was only formalities in communication. The workers are the heart of an establishment. It was lacking on this stay, which is why the service I rated 3 of 5 while everything else was 5 of 5

won’t return my security deposit. checked out two days earlier and asked front desk told me i was going to be refunded which i never did because no body to approve it was never around. the paper thin walls make it hard to get any sleep

The bathtub drain was partially blocked, so the tub would fill up to ankle height during my shower. The faucet was loose and looked like it was about to pop out from the water pressure.
