Highly recommend

I travel to LA at least 8 times during the year and this is always where I stay. The staff is always friendly. Hotel rooms are clean. Lobby clean. You would not be disappointed at all. The location is great for food or just a quick snack with a store in walking distance. They do have complimentary breakfast and coffee is made all day for the coffee drinkers.

Good hotel but front desk is a miss

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and I can tell you that the front desk folks need training. For starters, no one smiles. Second, there is an air of ‘we’re doing you a favor’ when all they’re doing is their job. Third, they speak among themselves in Spanish and try to interact as little as possible with the guest. Can they please acknowledge people and realize that their paycheck comes from the very job they’re suboptimal in? Extremely displeased with front desk folks, but the hotel has everything you’d need - free parking, good AC, reasonable shower etc. If only the management trains the staff!! The breakfast attendants are ok, but for some reason they weren’t restocking yogurts. They just put out a few at a time.

Overall, streets of LA are dirty. Limited dining in this specific area as far as walking distance of any food you would trust. Every Uber ride is 1 minute away though and more desired areas of LA are a short ride away. Hotel is in a convenient location, specifically for our purpose of attending Sofi Stadium. Would definitely head into beverly hills / hollywood for much more classy dining options.

Our stay was great. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Only issue was being able to immediately access the guest restroom upon arrival. I was told by desk clerk he would have to get me a key and I’d have to wait until he finished with customer. I had been traveling and was sick, chemo patient and needed the restroom immediately or would not have ask!
