Front desk lady was so fun and made us all laugh and smile she was kind and even gave us great suggestions on local places to eat and shop. Walking distance to the beach with the most beautiful views definitely coming back here !

Had a wonderful stay. Rooms super clean and modern. Five minute walk to Pier/Beach. Close to Metro that basically takes you anywhere in Los Angeles. Staff was nice and complimentary breakfast was very good. Homeless people are around but they didn't bother us. Its to be expected in Santa Monica.

Close to things and a lot are within walking distance. Rooms are small compared to Redidence Inns for the same price. Parking is quite expensive - $55 plus tax so around $62! Can’t get over that check in is 4 pm and check out us 12 pm so not even a 24 hour stay.

The good, the bad, and the unfortunate…
The Good- The hotel and hotel staff were awesome! Was able to check in early thankfully, the hotel was super clean from the lobby to the room. The Bad- Be prepared to spend an extra $75 per day to valet your car, unless you are comfortable with leaving your vehicle in an overnight garage down the street that can be rather questionable. They have room to valet your car and everybody else’s, but won’t let you park at the property unless you pay the valet fee. Major inconvenience to the guests, and seems like a money grab from people who are already paying good money to stay at this property. The breakfast area is absolute chaos especially on a weekend, there is no method to the madness I called it the “good luck” getting your breakfast! The unfortunate- Homelessness is a big problem in America! You are given a glimpse of that, as soon as those doors open to walk outside. From the front of the property to any street you walk down around the area. Be cautious but stay vigilant and always keep your head up! This is my experience take from it what you will. 7 1/2 out of 10 I would stay here again!

Excellent staff and spacious rooms
Wonderfully comfortable hotel. Staff were very accommodating and attentive. My room was spacious with beautiful not typical hotel art which was appreciated and felt more upscale. It was also a short walk to the Santa Monica pier where me and my team took in the beautiful sunset views of the ocean. had a chance to speak with the evening parking attendant Dorian and he was so kind and helpful. Kudos to their entire staff. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Santa Monica.
