This hotel was nice!! I was greeted by great staff. Jose was really sweet and made check in easy and fast. The room was great and spacious. The only down side was the a/c didn’t work well and neither did the fridge. Went upstairs to the rooftop called to have fireplaces lit and no one respond after calling the front desk numerous times probably just busy. Will definitely book again

Lobby snacks and drinks were extremely overpriced, staff is kind of rude as well. No point in having an access card to tap to use the elevator when anyone can use it and access any floor without a card. Completely useless and unsafe. Additional parking at the hotel doesn’t even connect to the hotel and you have to walk. Inconvenient. Would not stay here again.

Easy and quick check-in. BE CAREFUL: Originally when checking in through the Hilton app I selected "Parking" and would be charged 50$ which was fine. When I checked in I was advised that it would be cheaper to use the airport overnight parking next door and did that but the person who checked me in did not take off the parking for 50$ so not only was I charged 50$ by hilton, I had paid $25 to the aiport parking garage and spent $75 that day. besides that, everything was quiet and clean. AC was quiet and easy to use.TV upto date and current. bathroom was nice and shower worked great. the bed was comfortable and had a decent view.

When I checked in, they told me that a king was no longer available and I'd be receiving a room with two queens. This is a considerable downgrade and disappointint since it's 'prepaid'. I'm unhappy they didnt offer any solutions or consideration. I'd like a partial refund.

Very close to the airport for your convenience. Easy to find from your gps. Rooms have very tall ceilings and there’s ample space to move about. Very good value for individuals and families.

On our first night, we were given a room facing a construction site, and they were working all night, which was very disturbing. Additionally, there was no drinking water available at the hotel; when I asked if I could pay to buy some, they didn't offer that option either. The receptionist's overall attitude was not pleasant. The following day, we requested a better room and asked about water. The new staff member we spoke to was amiable and provided us with a lovely room. He even gave us Evian water from their store, which I appreciated. I have stayed at this hotel before and chose it for its quietness and cleanliness despite its proximity to LAX. It's also a safe environment. I might consider staying again for a short visit, but I was disappointed this time.

A smooth check-in, asked for and got a room overlooking the airport on a high floor. Rooftop terrace is the ideal location to watch planes while having a beer. Room very clean, comfortable bedding. Not a cheap place to stay but then you get what you pay for and this hotel was well worth the cost.

Good location and observation deck near LAX. Staff do not check for dirty glasses, etc around the floor area next to the rooms, those dirty glasses, etc stay there for days. No working batteries on the portable bathroom mirror. No cap on the top of the tank of the expresso machine. Attention to detail can be better.

This was a very nice place to stay. Because of the innovative key system, we felt extremely safe. The rooms were large and very clean. The bathroom was attractive and well stocked. The only downside was the hours the bar and restaurant were closed. We had to go to the Hyatt next door to use theirs in the afternoon, after arriving from an overnight flight.
