We stayed for 2 nights, good looking lobby, clean, comfortable beds and wonderful client services. On arrival, they gave us 2 chocolate cookies and 2 bottle of water. Bathtub and sink are a bit clog and unit is also a bit outdated. Close to the lovely Japanese town. I definitely will stay at this hotel again.

This property is dated and old. Needs work. Elevators take extremely long. The room had peeling wallpaper, dirty tiles, dirty fan cover and was dusty. The hotel does not provide any airport shuttles or any transportation. The area is noisy and seems unsafe to walk around in the evening/night. I would not stay here again, sorry. Some of the staff were nice.

The room was very comfortable and premium and we had a view of their Japanese garden as well. The beds were very comfy and the hotel's lobby felt quite premium class. I recommend this hotel to everyone!
