staff was very friendly and pleasant. the lobby smelled like clean citrus and was free from debris. our room was clean and quiet. we asked for more pillows as there was only three provided for two people. they were brought quickly. the only thing i wish i could change would be not charging for a water bottle at the front desk. they said they wouldn’t deduct if from our deposit which is fine, i just think the hotel could provide water at the least for the guests.

We had to check out because of the bug issue. Literally about 50 Ants on the wall and flies flying in the room. Not a great experience overall.

Front-desk employees are extremely friendly, professional, and polite. I like how security stands by the front door and occasionally opens it for us. We always stay at this hotel whenever we visit Los Angeles. However, it has been four years since our last visit, and much has changed. I noticed that the lobby carpets were all old and dirty. I am not sure why they covered the gym's windows. They covered gym's window with trash bags. Four years ago, this hotel was beautiful and clean. They have not updated. When we entered the gym, we smelled mold and saw several water marks on the ceiling. We hope the hotel continues to operate as it did in the beginning. This is my favourite hotel.

The room looked clean. I slept there all night woke up the next morning and there was something odd growing from the baseboard in the wall. It was a mushroom disgusting 4 inches must be so much mold behind that wall mushrooms grow out room 419.
