Loved how spacious the room and bathroom was. The hotel felt very clean and maintained also a bonus was the free parking included! The staff were very helpful checking in was a breeze would stay again.

The room we paid for was supposed to have a queen bed. It had a full size bed. There were no standard pillows on the bed. The bathroom floor and shower floor did not look clean. There were stains on the floor throughout the hallway. We asked to be moved to a different room. The front desk staff refused.

The hotel was great and staff were super kind. I would definitely come back, if needed. My only recommendation would be to have an iron in the room as it could be helpful to those who are traveling and their clothes can be wrinkled in their luggage.

The room and facility are well kept. Kate and the staff members are professional. Appreciate the cleaning lady who cleaned the room daily even without being asked. Even though we could hear the next room, you cannot avoid this from any hotel. Strongly recommend the hotel. Across from the hotel, there is a coffeeshop, "memory making," and two blocks down from the hotel, there is an Asian grocery store, "HanNam." Memory making is pricy. You can get reasonably priced Korean foods from HanNam.
