Place was friendly. Staff were very welcoming. Price was great
For the price, it's absolutely fantastic. My only complaint is that the floor in my room was not clean - everything else was spotless. I would advise future guests to bring slippers/flip flops to save their socks.
Very close to Mathew St for a fab night out... The apartment was pleasant and had everything you needed... The bed could have been comfier, I paid extra for a deluxe apartment but didn't feel deluxe at all and more like a standard. Springs in the bed and not a thick mattress, but still comfortable to sleep okay.
The hotel is good and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The problem is getting in!! We called the call center to get the access code for main door and it took an age, also it is an oversees call center and we could barely understand the operators due to their accent and we tried 3 times!!
When you eventually get the code and get in there is a receptionist waiting who will let you in if you knock the door.

The location was excellent friendly front door staff nice clean apartment would recommend to anyone looking for a trip to Liverpool
Great location. Friendly reception staff. Main issue was the shower room which smelt really bad - damp and fungal smelling. Really put us off. Didn't shower and held our brearh when we had to use the loo. Wouldnt stay here again.
Very Clean and modern. The location is great and easy access to Lime Street Station. Penny was the best! She was helpful and always had a smile and got me settled into the room. Can't say enough about her.
Checkout was a bit confusing. It is self checkout but there were no instructions on how to do this.

Apartment was nice one side of bed was broken and dirt on floor but except from that nothing to complain about
Great location! Right next to Mathew St/Cavern Club. Have to call and get a code 1st to enter building but not hard to do. A little noisy because of location but it was quiet enough when it came down to sleeping.
Brand new property...Because of this, not every detail was finished when I was there in July, 2019. But this was made up for by fantastic, very attentive staff. This is a family-owned property. I would certainly stay there again.

Great location. Handy for city centre and car park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable. First impression was that it was modern and well appointed. On staying there we had a few niggles such as a broken kettle, no bedside table for water glasses book etc, no tea towels or clean dish cloth. We would have reported these things but there was nobody on reception during our stay - left a note about the kettle but nothing happened to resolve it.
