Where’s the refund
When made booking I said will be arriving at 2 as watching the football and would need to drop dog off. On day still no info of code or how to get in as no reception, spoke to yourselves day before and even you couldn’t get hold of them. Finally get details, while on route, luckily had someone with me to read messages and call as I was driving, we call them and they didn’t know wanted access at 2 and that we didn’t have a dog, paid £80 for damages ( not a problem ) we said will be 4 hours till get there and they said that’s fine. We arrive around 230, still with no details of how to get into room, call him and he said room isn’t ready as they still haven’t cleaned it, we said that’s fine as just want to drop off our bits and go football and can do while out. They said no as behinds and won’t be ready till later. We then called you and finally got through after being on hold for 45mins, you said will contact and see what can do as now it’s 315 and game kicks off at 4, in end you couldn’t get hold of them and now was getting late as would miss game, whole reason for being there!) so we left everything back in car and went to the football. We receive code while on way to the game, when get back after the match we found the apartment still hadn’t been cleaned and stains were on sheets. This is the second time I have had issues with apartments from you, the other was in Milan which in the end my father and I had to sleep at the airport ( still not been paid)

If you are looking for a holiday which also includes night life thats the place to be. on the other hand dont go to it if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Shops are nice and you will find anything if you choose shopping. Room spacious and clean but we were given only a towel each for two nights.

The apartment was run down eg toilet seat hanging off cupboard doors wonky, no tea towels or microwave. There were also dirty bowls in the cupboard. Poor experience. Never again.

Location was perfect for us and it was useful to have a kitchen as we saved on breakfast and snacks. However, it needed a good clean, new flooring and a better stocked kitchen.

Not very clean!! Very disappointed!
Arrived in liverpool at 11am. Walked to the reception location as instructed on a previous email as we wanted to leave our bags to do sight-seeing before we checked in. I had emailed the day before but recieved no reply. When arriving there was no staff in the building for this company, another company buzzed us in. We rang their number and the guy didnt seem to know we were booked in. He told us to leave our suitcases in space by a sofa when you walk into the building, this ment anyone could have access to our cases. They were never collected to be put insde the office. Check in was easy but awkward. I was sent the codes for the building and key. The forst door to our room had no lock but the second had the key already in the door. The room wasnt very clean! Dirty floor which had food and crumbs, nothing clean in the kitchen. The chairs had food qnd crumbs down the sides. Bathroom had a rotten smoke smell which we were constantly spraying to allow us to use it. Bedding was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room was a good location and would be suitable for short stays and geoups whoch dont want to fully use the room. Overall the website photos are misleading won't be staying again!

Very disappointing stay at this apartment. We was in apartment 16 and everything went wrong from the moment we stepped through the door. The place stunk of greasy takeaway from below, which wouldn't have been an issue but we couldn't close the kitchen windows as they didn't fit the frames and the kitchen door also wouldn't close. Couldn't smell the takeaway outside though which was strange. The door handle for the kitchen was about to come off so didn't dare touch it. I closed the bedroom door 'to' as it wouldn't fully close due to the carpet being so thick. When I went to leave the bedroom the handle came straight off in my hand. Someone had pushed the handle back on to make it look like it wasn't broken. We struggled to open the bedroom door because it was almost closed, our only other way out would have been the bedroom window but couldn't get out of there because there was a bench pushed up to it on the other side! Major fire risk as if there was a fire in the hallway, we wouldn't have got out! Then small things like a battery missing from the TV remote, a malteser on the floor, blood on the hallway wall, and a brown stain on the bath mat. They had the cheek to tell me they would take £25 for any fake tan marks on white linen when there was that dirty stain on it. Positives are, the bed was comfy, it was quite quiet on a night to say the bars are on your doorstep and the apartment was well furnished. We did complain and the bedroom door handle was repaired same day.

Worst apartment ever
Worst apartment I’ve ever (not) stayed in. After I rang up and paid my security deposit I was informed I would have been emailed the information for the apartment on the day of my arrival however I never received this and had to sort it out over the phone. On these phone calls, the people I spoke to sounded very unprofessional and as if they didn’t know what they were doing. Me and my partner felt unsafe in the apartment due to the area especially walking to the apartment as it was a back alley. When we arrived at the building, the walk to the room was very unclean and unwelcoming. It felt like leaving a dirty nightclub. In the room we were able to hear everyone else around us from people in joining apartments and people from the roads. The blinds wouldn’t close fully, with people in an apartment opposite us able to look in. The apartment overall was unclean. The bedding, pillows and ironing board were stained badly with brown patches. The toilet made a constant dripping and gurgling sound which would have been very frustrating to listen to when trying to sleep if we’d have stayed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable when we tried it and made lots of noise to the point it sounded as if it would break. The pictures on the website look nothing like the apartment we stayed in. Overall we were deeply disappointed with the apartment, so much so that we decided to check in to a local hotel to continue our night away. I would strongly advise not staying here.
