When made booking I said will be arriving at 2 as watching the football and would need to drop dog off.
On day still no info of code or how to get in as no reception, spoke to yourselves day before and even you couldn’t get hold of them. Finally get details, while on route, luckily had someone with me to read messages and call as I was driving, we call them and they didn’t know wanted access at 2 and that we didn’t have a dog, paid £80 for damages ( not a problem ) we said will be 4 hours till get there and they said that’s fine.
We arrive around 230, still with no details of how to get into room, call him and he said room isn’t ready as they still haven’t cleaned it, we said that’s fine as just want to drop off our bits and go football and can do while out. They said no as behinds and won’t be ready till later.
We then called you and finally got through after being on hold for 45mins, you said will contact and see what can do as now it’s 315 and game kicks off at 4, in end you couldn’t get hold of them and now was getting late as would miss game, whole reason for being there!) so we left everything back in car and went to the football.
We receive code while on way to the game, when get back after the match we found the apartment still hadn’t been cleaned and stains were on sheets.
This is the second time I have had issues with apartments from you, the other was in Milan which in the end my father and I had to sleep at the airport ( still not been paid)
