We loved the location of the hotel as it I was close to a lot of things. The breakfast was great as well! Some things we did not like is that that our room was pretty tight and as a Expedia VIP member, I wasn't given an upgrade. The A/C wasn't as powerful as we liked as well.

Staff very pleasant except Mr Grumpy at breakfast. Our only complaint is the short closets and pegs that were near the ceiling making it impossible to hang towels.

Amazing location and great staff. The rooms are small but the beds are comfy. It can be loud at night but we just put some white noise on and blocked it out. The noise is expected when you're in the heart of the city so it didn't bother us. Staff was always courteous and helpful. I would recommend and revisit again.
