Great hotel. European size room (small but very comfortable) and veryclean. Good location. Nice breakfast. Within walking distance of cruise terminals. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very kind and helpful even though we arrived before our check-in time. Everyone at this hotel works hard to make it a great experience. Perfect location for walking around Lisbon and getting to the cruise port. Breakfast was nice - delicious coffee and food options.

We enjoyed our stay at Urbano. We had the superior room and paid more for the extra space. We were on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor so we had to carry bags one floor. The shower was slow to drain. Breakfast was good. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We would stay here again.

Excellent location - walkable distance to Praca do comercio. Lots of restaurants nearby. It is relatively on flat terrain. Very helpful front desk. Breakfast was delicious. Very clean and comfortable beds. There isn't any laundry service in the hotel though.

Good hotel close to dining options and close to port area. Easy stroll into town or Barreo area. Staff nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine and coffee available in lobby all day no charge. Would stay there again.

Just as advertised!
Great little spot. Very convenient walkable location and modern hotel. Rooms were quite compact, but clean and functional. Shower had great water pressure and breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. Felipe was friendly and helpful welcoming us at the front desk and throughout our stay.

Overall- Lovely boutique hotel. Room- Our room was small with no natural light as our room faced a construction site so did not open the windows. Other side of hotel would have been nice as it faced the street. Would be nice to have the option when picking. Staff- Staff were very lovely and accommodating

The staff was extremely friendly, every single one of them greeted us warmly as we entered or exited the hotel. Breakfast included. good central location and they recommended a great parking garage nearby. On a busy street but quiet at night. Would definitely recommend.
