The rooms we were assigned was literally an arms length from the Santa Justa lift. The curtains had to be kept closed therefore the lights had to be on if you were in the room. I could hear the music from the shop below. The room was a room for the handicapped. I asked for a room change and was told by the reception she would have to contact another guest and ask them. I am still baffeled by this. The entry was a narrow corridor on the groung floor. You take the elevator to the 4th floor then walk up a flight of winding stairs with your luggage. There was no one to help with this. I think the rate is too high for this type of property. The bed was comfortable.

This was my second time here and I would come again. first for me is the convenience of the Hotel. It is in the center of the historic district and the fancier district with many squares, restaurants, shops and more. I like the staff and they are generally nice and easy to work with. Thanks. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and OK. It is not a five star hotel, and does not pretend to be. It is a safe, clean very pleasant place to stay in a great city. Thanks to them!

Great small hotel in the heart of the walkable tourist area. Directly next to the Santa Justa elevator, view from the window of our room. A little noisy at night on the weekend, but so is the whole area. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Great location. Close to everything! Restaurants, bars, bakeries, the Metro, the waterfront, Alfama, shopping! Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast on the fifth floor. Clean, nice room with ac, a handwritten welcome note and chocolate. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a very central location with great staff. Highly recommend and will stay there again if in Lisbon.

Besides the reception on the 5th floor, this hotel was amazing. Clean, extremely accessible to all shops and dining options; walkable to the metro stations. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, fairly basic but good. Would definitely book again.

Our room was immaculate, filled with light and quiet though situated on a busy area filled with shops, cafes and restaurants. The breakfast had many options and the food was fresh. The staff is courteous, friendly and responsive. The location is ideal, close to the river and transportation. We recommend FLH.

Poor customer service from FLH
the hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to most attractions, and relatively quiet at night. It felt very safe and was clean. The rooms are small, but typical of European hotels. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was good. The staff at the hotel was wonderful and the breakfast each morning was very good. We had an issue with our AC not working and the room got very hot. After trying to adjust the AC for over 2 hours, they eventually moved us at 1am to another room with AC for one night so we could sleep in a cool room. The next night, back in our room, we had the same problem, but again after 2 hours of working on a solution (around midnight) they figured out the problem and managed to get it going. The on site staff was very nice about it, but I requested some compensation for the night we had to move in our PJs with all our sleeping stuff to another room, and the 2 late nights we had to deal with their problem. The corporate office denied any responsibility. I felt this was very poor customer service. The least they could have done was apologize and give us a voucher for something, or a discount for the uncomfortable and interrupted nights, but they were cold and unapologetic. I recommend this place if all goes well, but if anything happens, don’t expect any good customer service from corporate. Very poor management form FLH, in my opinion. Any other hotel chain would have been more accommodating and service-oriented

We have never been to Lisbon, the staff was so accommodating. We left our luggage with them before check in and after check in and ventured around the town. Everything was within walking distance. Great location. Very clean and beautiful hotel.

Staff were very helpful and friendly Breakfast… you can ask for scrambled eggs! Espresso and tea and cookies available any time day or night. Room was great. Right beside major street (literally next door to the Santa Justa lift) so close to everything and they provide earplugs for sleeping.

I had seen this hotel several times -and when I decided to spend the last two nights of my trip in Paris I decided to stay there because it I’d so easy to get to CDG from there. The decor is very hip and fun in the room and there are several large areas to hang out on the first floor. The only thing that was confusing was the Zac, heat, lighting system and there were no instructions in the room. I had to go to reception and get a staff person to show me. It would be nice to have had written instructions- especially to someone who has been on the road

Perfect location in the heart of Baixia district. We stayed on the first floor, above the ground/entry level facing the busy street. The windows were very well insulated and the room was quiet. We were on the middle of the best part of town, with a lot of restaurants. The bed was comfortable and room was nice. Will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tempo FLH. We enjoyed everything about this hotel and the location was perfect. Breakfast was nice the hotel had a cozy feel. Our host/concierge Annie and Isidora were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Lisbon.
