WORST CHECK-IN EVER! We arrived early at the hotel but were told our room was not ready. we were told to come back around 1:30 pm, which we did. When we came back, we were the. told that they would call is by order of priority amongt all other people who were waiting for check-in! I had never seen that before in my life. Then, after waiting a long time, and past our check-in time, and calling no one at all, the girl came back and asked us why we were waiting and if we wanted to check in?? Incredible! The room was very dark, with a window that led to a dark interior part of the building. The air conditionning was not working well and the room was very hot. Will never stay here again.

Very well located not far from the river and close to a couple of metro stations. Air conditioning on all the time which is necessary in July. Clean linen every day. Lighting in the bathroom not great but excellent shower. Very nice quiet bar with friendly staff. Not far from the Time Out Market and lots of bars and restaurants. Close to the castle too. I would definitely go back.

Friendly and helpful staff! It’s very close to Rua Augusta and walkable to all the restaurants, coffee shops and Praça de commercio. I would recommend this place to my friends and I will definitely book here again when I visit Lisbon. Highly recommended.

Great location. Few things definately falling apart in the rooms but they were clean and a reasonably comfortable bed. Bartender was super nice and the front desk staff were AWESOME. Even suggested a driver for us to get to an early flight and he was early and very helpful.

Lovely little hotel in a good position, near the waterfront, access to public transport and lots of good restaurants I had some issues with safes and TVs not working and had to change rooms, issues not really resolved but staff helpful and upgraded and left a bottle of wine to compensate
