The stay was good. I believe the pool was monopolized by a young group of men and did not seem accessible. No staff was available at the time to accommodate folks so we were left to first come, first serve which can be uncomfortable and was not conducive to being or feeling safe. On our last night there was a fire alarm set off by a person smoking in their room. We were all shuffled outside, no clearance from fire department just the hotel manager. Just a bit uncomfortable and communication and staff presence would have been helpful.

The location was excellent. Most meeting points for local tours were just 5 minutes walk from hotel and all points of interest within walking distance. Food was excellent and plenty of other options for eating around the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would stay again

I had a lovely room facing the street but at night once I closed the windows there was no noise! The location is perfect for all sightseeing and train stations are very close by. Lots of restaurants! I would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely hotel! We absolutely loved this place! All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful. The pool was perfect for a quick afternoon dip. We ate in the restaurant one night & would definitely recommend it. The decor in the whole hotel was really perfect. One afternoon was super rainy, and we were able to sit in a little alcove filled with books and play cards while sipping green wine. The ONLY thing we didn’t like was the constant music heard from the theater billboard across from our room- I would suggest requesting a room that does not face the street or is on a higher floor. But we were tired enough by the end of each night that the sounds did not interfere with our sleep.

Review - Residencial Florescente
The location was excellent! 5 minutes walking distance from the Metro and train station. From the front desk to the bar to the pool area, the staff provided exceptional five-star service. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of choices. The rooms are spotless and have comfortable beds. We stayed for 4 days (Thursday to Sunday) and this hotel or location did not disappoint us in any way. I can recommend it 100%. We went on a day trip to Sintra, which is a stunning city and highly recommended.
