Excellent Accommodation in heart of Lisbon.
Wonderful central location in heart of Lisbon shopping area, with lots of cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions within a short distance. Apartment was clean and comfortable, representing great value for the price. Lovely shower. Air conditioning worked well. Our stay was short so we didn’t cook in the apartment, but it was well equipped for a small place. We arrived late, checked in at the machine and all was smooth and easy. The lady at Reception the next day was very helpful, annswe any questions we had and on day of departure we left our bags until we were ready to leave for the airport. Would definitely stay here again. Only criticism I have is that it was difficult to get in touch with the property in advance to access the information we needed for checking in. I was anxious about some of the reviews I read re unexpected cancellations, and wanted to ensure that the reservation was secure. There was no response for quite a while, but once the information came in I was reassured that all would work well, and it did.

This apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. We walked around easily and sometimes grabbed the subway. Taxis were easy to find too. The area around has everything you need. I totally recommend it.

The location of the apartment is great even though it can be quite loud. The communication was horrible. They hardly responded when something was needed. I was supposed to stay there with a colleague of mine, her room got cancelled last minute and they didn’t provide any other options.

Very good location and nice property in the heart of Baixa. The property did not respond to my emails until we had arrived at the airport in Portugal which made our initial experience stressful. Once we had arrived the experience was excellent .

We stayed six nights at LivingLisboa Baixa. Our apartment was lovely and quiet, but in a shopping district. The elevator works well. I especially liked the azulejos in the living area. All of the furnishings were of very good quality. The two hvac units worked perfectly. The shower was a good size and had good pressure and temperature. The staff was responsive to my email confirmation with explicit directions and instructions. Checking in and out was easy. The location was fantastic - a very short walk to the Baixa-Chiado Metro station and a 10-15 min walk to Rossio train station. Another short walk to Praça do Comércio. I highly recommend LivingLisboa Baixa.

Booked for 5 nights in November. Arrived at our scheduled time 6:30am, which the property knew because they asked. Couldn't get access to the property as there was no one there. Tried 4 different credit cards to access, all were rejected. Called 4 times for the number they left ("in case we had a problem") and left texts. Didn't here back from them until after 9am by which time we booked in a nearby hotel. I would skip this place as there is no one on the property if you arrive at an off hour.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They triple booked my room and cancelled my reservation without notifying me. When I showed up to the property the receptionist just said “sorry, your reservation was cancelled”. The property receptionist wasn’t very helpful and management didn’t answer my phone calls to try to resolve the issue. It took me hours to find and book a new property. Luckily I found someplace to stay at the last minute.

The hotel was in a great location. Property representative was friendly, informative and helpful. I was disappointed to find out that we paid for a one bedroom apartment and was placed into a bachelor suite. I booked with another couple and their suite was a true one bedroom suite... 2X the size of ours.
