This hotel was so welcoming and luxurious from the moment we stepped in the door. Via the VIP offers on Expedia, we had a bottle of bubbles on ice in our room on arrival) We were lucky to be upgraded but I would be happy to stay in any room in this hotel. We had a complimentary mini bar which was great for unlimited bottles of water and other soft drinks. I think there might have been beer in there too. The bed was so comfy and the all marble shower room was delightful. From reception, to dining to housekeeping staff were just lovely and so helpful. Reception has complimentary coffee throughout the day, water, fruit and occasional pastries and cookies. The bar and restaurant areas are not large, but very stylish and welcoming. We arrived about 7pm and decided to eat at the hotel after an initial exploration. Our meals were absolutely delicious and quite reasonably priced. Alcohol looked pricier as is usual in hotels. Breakfast had everything you might want including a chef out front cooking omelettes, eggs and waffles to order. This was a really nice touch. Milk alternatives easily available. Location wise I would say this is ideal. A short stroll to the large square close to the sea and right in the middle in terms of travelling round. Easy to pop in and out throughout the day for a freshen up or to change clothes (in January it went from 20 degrees to 14 quite quickly). No rain for our visit but I noticed an umbrella & rain macs in the wardrobe. Tram stop close by.

We have just returned from a long weekend in Lisbon and cannot recommend this hotel enough. The hotel is clean, great facilities in the room, polite and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast and in a very central (yet quiet) location. We would recommend staying here to anyone looking to explore Lisbon!

The staff were very helpful, Marta from guest services went above and beyond in answering my questions about options for Christmas day. The hotel is in the central location which meant easy access to all types of transportation. You can also just do walking tours/ bike/ use scooter. The hotel is uniquely located in a quiet street in the center of the city, so you won't hear the noise from the square.

Got to the hotel at around 11am way before check in time,, staff still accommodated us ,and even offered us free breakfast while we waited for them to prepare the room, area is perfect and central to everything and tram is literally in front of the hotel , I would definitely stay here again , and could not be more grateful to the wonderful staff and their hospitality.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and accommodating, and the service throughout our stay was top-notch. The breakfast service was especially great, with a variety of tasty options to start the day. The only downside was a bit of noise in our room at night – it sounded like water running, which we suspect may have been from a laundry room above us, though we’re not entirely sure. Additionally, while the room was comfortable overall, the bed wasn’t the most supportive, and the pillows were a bit lumpy, which affected our sleep quality. Overall, the experience was very positive, and we would consider staying here again. Just a couple of minor improvements needed in the room for a perfect stay!

Lovely central hotel

Central hotel with easy access to transport. Hotel is in a no drive zone. Room was lovely Our only issue is our room was attic style and my husband is tall. Breakfast was nice
