A really great location, close to anything you need and very close to the subway and buses if you want to go elsewhere. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Made my stay really enjoyable.

Great hotel, lovely staff. The lift only started at floor one and then broke down during our stay, resulting in us carrying our luggage down 6 flights of stairs. Location was brilliant for sightseeing and overall I would recommend this hotel.

Very good location in the middle of town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and found the room pretty quiet. The shower room perhaps could have been better designed as the water sits there for a long time. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay at a good price. Many thanks!

The ladies who run this hotel are amazing and so friendly and helpful! The location is also great, very central to Lisbon with easy access to a lot of tourist areas. Lots of food options available right by the hotel.

Nice enough but not sure it's 4 stars
Great location in terms of being able to walk everywhere. The hotel offers an airport pickup and car service to some areas (for a fee). The room looked exactly as the photo showed but when we checked in, we were told we got an upgrade (which we clearly didn't) so were a bit disappointed. We also got told we'd have complimentary Pastel de Nata in the room, which we didn't. One day, we wanted to go to the beach (which I'm sure is common) and they offer a car service to do this, but they don't have any towels you can borrow - reception just told us to go buy some. Also, we were on the first floor and it was very noisy from the street. The big windows open and you can basically touch the people in the cafe below, so we kept the blinds shut the whole time. At the time, floors 4 and 5 were under construction so it just felt a bit like you were staying in a construction site. Finally, reception is just one tiny desk in a hallway, so this place doesn't quite have the feel that a 4 star hotel should have.

this is a fantastic boutique hotel. They’re currently doing some construction, which didn’t bother us at all. We don’t mind a little dust while they improve the property. What’s most important about this property is that the staff was absolutely amazing. It was a very secure hotel in Lisbon Portugal. there are of course plenty of large hotels in the area, but if you’re looking for a safe clean and very cute hotel with an amazing staff and this is it. You will not be disappointed.

The staff were very nice and helpful and the room was always very tidy and water refilled when we got back to the hotel. The staff on the door were nice and the location was great. It’s very tourist-y round there but that’s ok if you know what you’re doing. The room itself was small but clean and modern, perfect for a couple. It also featured a small balcony area which gave a nice view of the street below and buildings above.

Loved everything! Can’t fault it as it had everything I wanted or needed. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff. In the perfect location right by the metro, in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. I spent 5 nights here and loved my room (36) which was cleaned spotlessly every day. I will be back!

The staff at Esqina Urban Lodge were so friendly and helpful. I loved my welcome gift and the bed was very comfortable. It was very central for public transport and walking to places, but this did mean it could be a little noisy in the evenings. I would definitely stay again. I think they know me in the next door pastry shop too, I was there that often!
