Good. Has a 20 something vibe about it. Great views: must have these rooms. Nice bed. Staff are a bit cold in their friendliness. Safe placed almost in the floor: had to sit in the floor to code and open it. Everything very low... Maybe a lot of short people?

Lisbon was our last stop after being in Portugal for 10 days. Although our stay at Esqina was fine, it was not as cozy as I was hoping it would be. I can't ding them on ratings, and I haven't stayed in other hotels in Lisbon, but it didn't feel like a 4 star hotel based on other places I've stayed in Europe. The bathroom was tiny and the lighting was odd. It felt more like a basic travel lodge, versus a cosmopolitan hotel. With that said, the location was great, breakfast was good.

What didn't like it was thw buffet to expensive and needs more varieties, and the lobby bar is closed Sunday and Monday, on weekends you can't decide stay and relax at the hotel. They should open it on those days like every hotel does.....

All staff were very helpful, friendly, and showed they care. I did not have an adapter for my cellphone and Tatiana offered me one for my stay. The hotel is perfectly situated, close to all attractions.

Loved my stay!!! Great location
Wow, great place to stay, central to Everything!!! Very kind & helpful staff!! Bring your walling shoe’s & appetite!! So much to see & do in charming Lisboa & this is a wonderful hotel to base your adventure from. Trams, buses, boats all close by!! Grocery store across the street next to elevator!! Very clean comfortable rooms. Lots of night life, but very quiet with window closed. Castelo Sao Jorge 10min ( if u take elevator) 15 if u opt for stairs!! Very good breakfast & little bar open in evening! There are a-lot of stairs but they have a lift to help with your bags!

We liked how convenient the location was. The staff was very helpful. We didn’t like that there was no air conditioning and we couldn’t open our window due to noise and exhaust fumes.

Excellent Hotel, Highly Recommended
This is an excellent hotel. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast is delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very nicely located between the Baixa and Alfama neighborhoods and is very close to some excellent restaurants. We had a great time here.

Liked the buffet breakfast that was included. Bed was comfortable, shower okay. Room was quite small. The outdoor terrace was very nice with tables and chairs. You could have a drink there. Nice view of red roofs
