This hotel was super nice! It’s very easy! Good for walking, didn’t have to take transit or get a cab anywhere but to and from the airport! Great price point as well, staff is lovely, it’s clean. Only thing is if you get put on floor 1 it can be louder than you expect but that’s okay! :)

Perfect location for a walk into the main centre (apart from the hills but they’re unavoidable!). Rooms are small, BUT for a short stay, absolutely fine. Bathroom was a nice with a big powerful shower. The beds were really comfortable and we slept really well! For the price, this was a brilliant hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The glass bathroom door did not give privacy for the 3 people in the room. It was frosted but not enough. The doorstop for the room door was on the floor and set into the room so that it presented a tripping hazard. We ended up putting a suitcase over it to protect our feet.

The hotel has an unbeatable locate, being five minutes walk from a major Metro stop at Marques de Pombal. There are also a couple of buses that stop on the sidewalk right outside. There are plenty of cheap restaurants and cafes nearby which is perhaps unexpected given how close the hotel is to the tourist zone. The latter is a very pleasant walk downhill via the scenic Avenida de Libertade. Or get there even faster by taking the Metro two or three stops. The rooms are small but more than adequate. TV has not only Portuguese channels but CNN and BBC News along with plenty of others in English.
