A few days in Lisboa
Very good location. Easy walking and public transport options. Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms were a little smaller than expected but it is an old building so appreciate the limitations. Very clean and comfortable and would recommend as a "tourist base". Also a good breakfast to start the day.

The hotel was very clean, our room was nice, the bed was comfy and the shower was fab. Staff there were welcoming and helpful. Good selection for breakfast. It’s in a relatively busy area but we weren’t disturbed. There are plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. We found it easy to walk around the city from there and the tram, bus and train stations were in easy reach.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was very nice and clean. A bit small from what we're used to but in Europe, many rooms are smaller. Great location, close to the Metro, train station and old town. I will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Staff is friendly It’s around a lot of stuff Cons: -The bed was ridiculously hard, we could barely sleep because of it and would wake up with sore backs -they put me in a smaller room then what I had paid for. When they saw I was upset, they offered to switch us the next day, which we did. -they say they have a deal with a parking place, but they don’t. It’s all upon availability when you check in, but when you check in, nothing is available. But the area where the hotel is, is. 5 out of 5 and the staff friendliness was 5 out of 5.

The hotel is very well maintained. Very clean, safe. Staff is great, I would like to mentioned that Inosha at the breakfast restaurant was excellent. Beautiful smile, made us feel very welcome every morning. The only recommendation will be buy new towels. Overall great customer service, great location. We will recommend this hotel. Thank you.

The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention must go to Juliana who helped us when we stupidly couldn’t find the safe in our room and Imocha (we think this is her name) who went above and beyond every morning to make breakfast a pleasurable experience.

Wonderful! Property was clean and staff was amazing. Located in the center of restaurants and shops also walkable to most attractions. It is located on a street that closes during certain hours so will need to walk a few blocks for vehicle pick up or drop off, the tour operators will setup up a nearby point.
