Fab stay. Nice liitle touches- mini pastel de nata at reception with a glass of port if you want. Although we only stayed one night had a upgrade to room with a balcony and street view. One concern was the bathroom extractor fan which seem to run continuously. However it stops at night. Rui and Selena on reception could not do enough for us. Even managed to get a cup of tea when checking in. There is a coffee machine but unfortunately no tea making facilities - for one night was fine. Although the room was not hugh it was sufficient and the shower room room was a good size. There is a restaurant next door that although seperate from the hotel does offer breakfast for hotel guests - at an additional charge. We did not use this. Rui and Selna were very knowledgeable and helpful in providing information on the areas we wanted to visit. We took advantage of the hotel transfer service which worked well. Not sure how a taxi would compare but we found it worked well for us. The hotel staff meet us at the drop off point on arrival and the driver came to the hotel 9n the return trip. This was excellent as the hotel is in the centre and in the pedestrian only area. The driver who collected us from the airport even took us via a route to show us specific things we asked about. Being an old narrow building the corridor are narrow and the rooms are not large but this did not impact on our stay.All in all a great stay and we would return.

LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION! Loved that it was right on old town. Convenient to everything! The metro-shopping-tours etc. The breakfast was delicious & their dining staff was very attentive. Honestly ALL the staff is exceptional! Especially the front office- with a HUGE thank you to Ives the manager who went out of his way in every aspect! Provided metro instructions- booked our tours & airport transfer & made us feel most welcome! I HIGHLY recommend this property!

This hotel is right in the middle of the very busy tourist zone which may not appeal to everyone (noisy, crowds, etc) but in terms of access to places to see/eat/walk, it was good. The staff were all lovely and helpful.

Loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend it. Almost anything you'd need is steps outside your door. The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were very kind and spoke multiple languages. Breakfast was consistently good. The bed was fairly firm but comfortable. The rooms are small but well organized so we still had room to lay out 2 full size suitcases and move around. My only complaint is if you're a late sleeper, the doors do not block sound out very well. Between the cleaners chatting and laughing, construction happening in one of the rooms, or guests coming and going, you're not sleeping much past 8 am
