The hotel itself is very clean and a great value however there's a group that seems to be living here and they are very loud. Music blasting from their cars and garbage piled up outside their rooms.

The location is very convenient. The room was filthy. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, the shower was dirty, the floor hadn't been swept and there was garbage on the floor when I checked in. The water in the shower took about one minute to get hot. There is no switch to turn off the light over the sink. I had to unplug the light each time. The outlet for the coffee maker didn't work. The bedspread was stained in several places. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. The tv remotes are impossible to figure out, and there are no instructions. There is no basic cable, as far as I could tell. The mattress is covered with what felt like plastic and crinkled when I moved. Quite possibly, the worst hotel/motel room I've ever stayed in.

VERY thin walls. Could hear everything from room next to us as well as all outside noises. Secondary door lock did not work. Shampoo dispensers empty. Bathroom very tiny and door did not latch. Extremely limited breakfast choices - white toast, dry cereal, and waffle maker. Would not stay here again with so many other options in the area.

Positives: The front desk staff was very friendly. The grounds are kept up nicely. The location had great access in close proximity for shopping, which is convenient. The country view of farmland was beautiful from our room. Breakfast was decent enough with fresh fruit, waffles, coffee, juices, etc. Negatives: Our door lock jammed and we had difficulty getting back into the room at one point. Also, fellow patrons partied all night keeping us up, due to their drunken behavior and loudness. We did not get a restful night's sleep. People can be so rude and uncaring of others. Cannot blame staff for that however, as it was after midnight. I would give 3.5 out of five stars.

Dirty, no hot breakfast as advertised.
I have used this hotel for several years, but this past trip was the first time under the new branding. I knew not to expect a hunch of frills from previous trips, but the walls were dirty, one of the sheets had a small blood stain on it, and the hot breakfast was a waffle station and some cereal options, along with bananas and apples. No eggs or meats or even yogurt. The beds also slide around on the floor a lot because they installed vinyl flooring and there is nothing under the legs of the beds to provide any grip

Horror hotel
The hotel was supposedly renovated but let me tell you its horrible the rooms look all nice n new and fresh well look closely you get to sleep with bugs and dirt the ac didnt work the bathroom is tiny you need to go in the shower to close the door its crazy. Also if you stay in room 308 beware the door dont work i got told its cold out the door expands i said uh no thats in heat the service is not the best i asked for a new room they gave me a room even dirtier and was told there are no other rooms um the whole hotel was empty so do u just not clean the rooms till you know more people check in? All in all stay far away from here its just not worth it.
