Horror hotel
The hotel was supposedly renovated but let me tell you its horrible the rooms look all nice n new and fresh well look closely you get to sleep with bugs and dirt the ac didnt work the bathroom is tiny you need to go in the shower to close the door its crazy. Also if you stay in room 308 beware the door dont work i got told its cold out the door expands i said uh no thats in heat the service is not the best i asked for a new room they gave me a room even dirtier and was told there are no other rooms um the whole hotel was empty so do u just not clean the rooms till you know more people check in? All in all stay far away from here its just not worth it.

Receptionist tried to put me in a king handicap room. I had reserved a 2 queen bed room. She tried to say they didn't have a room then she told me it was an upcharge for a queen room. I finally got into a queen room and it was nasty. Dozens of pubic hairs in the shower. We had reservations for entertainment so had no time to take care of that. Ended up washing my hair in the sink the next morning. I bought a bath mat and chlorox wipes to clean the shower but it was so bad that I asked the receptionist to have the room cleaned. I was gone all day and came back to made up beds and new towels but they still didn't touch the bathroom. I went to the desk and demanded someone come and look at it and clean it. She did and had a worker come clean. He had a dry microfiber cloth and no disinfectant cleaner. He wiped everything down and swept. I asked him about the manager and he told me the receptionist was the manager. There was a major language barrier and cultural barrier. There was no sense of urgency or embarrassment about the filth. I ended up wiping down the whole room with the wipes. I was scheduled to stay for 2 nights and it was a holiday weekend so I had no option but to stay. I asked the same receptionist for one night to be comped. She said she couldn't. She wouldn't call the manager. I wonder if there is a manager. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

This hotel is advertised as newly renovated. We found a note on the office door, Sorry we missed you. Call ###### ! Oh No!! Just like Harvest Drive Inn. Oh yes, Same style of room. Flooring (no carpet), same color on the walls, and child sized toilets, right down to the bedding, parking lot behind hotel as small. We were very disappointed. Trying to save a little money has made me rethink where we spend the night.

All new beautiful furnishings, Great breakfast, waffles, juice,fruit, cereal or toast and good coffee. Saved us $15-20 per day on breakfast, each. Front desk women was very helpful. Needs second chair in room for playing games.

Major trouble with room entry room 213. Staff did not seem concerned but needed help every time we tried to enter room. Very frustrating as it happened so often. WiFi didn’t work at all TV was too slow, impossible to watch Also TV located on a side of the bed, not in the center - odd interior arrangement A/C was very loud with whistling noise, can’t sleep when it’s on, had to turn it off The LED lights from Microwave, clock and A/C are too bright and also disturbing good sleep. The floor was sticky! Bathroom door doesn’t lock from inside - no privacy. Breakfast was very poor - only waffle, cereal and toast. All carbs and no protein or fiber. No eggs, or omelet or sausage or even yogurt. The mattress is very cheap with hard springs. Summary - it doesn’t worth the price paid. Dear management, please pay attention and correct these issues.

They were newly redone however our bathroom door would not shut. Also the breakfast was only cold cereal or waffles. Not a great stay. Don’t see us returning. The property was also not very clean. Also they only had one ice machine which was located on the 3rd floor.
