Thank you for being there for us.
We have stayed here the last couple of years in our yearly travels. It is 1/2 to our destination and have learned that the service is always very pleasant. Staff is friendly, efficient, helpful and all around an extra plus, especially the night clerk. She was awesome! Keep up the good work.

I used to stay here on a regular basis then something happened and it wasn't a good, clean place anymore. It's been years but this place has really been cleaned up! The front desk woman was so nice and friendly. The room looks freshly remodeled. The bed is comfortable and there's a big, comfy recliner. I'll come here, again.

The picture of our room had an overstuffed chair. My wife has a spinal disease. She is in a wheelchair and can’t sleep laying down. When I saw the picture of our room, I knew that she could sleep in that room (which we actually paid more for). When we got to our room, that chair was not there. I went to the front desk to explain to them about the overstuffed chair, they said it must have been damaged. They said they could give us a refund. But after 10 hours of driving, the last thing I wanted to do was find another motel. My wife had to sleep in her wheelchair. It was a terrible night. The breakfast that they offered was toast, cereal or frozen waffles. However, the staff and cleaning people were really friendly.

Found bedbugs in room, the manager only offered to switch the room. I was told that I had to speak with Expedia since it was third party. I contacted Expedia and the guy contacted the manager and he was told that the hotel wasn’t reimbursing anything. I had four rooms total.

They are in the process of making improvements to the property. Our room had new granite tile walls in the shower but could use a shower head update. The sink had a nice, new, granite counter. The room and halls had new carpet but could use vacuuming. Breakfast was weak.

When I first checked in, I was given keys to a room that had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The sink area had tiny roaches roaches crawling around.

Shower dirty, shower head extremely dirty with build up all over it, bathroom walls filthy dirty, towel rack RUSTY, room Door was not locking when we left out sometimes.

It was fine for stopping just to sleep couple hours. They said there was vreakfast BUT THE ONLY THING THEY HAD was an old apple, 2 old oranges and a mostly rotted pack of peanutbutter crackers. Thats NOT breakfast.
