The Fair Meadow family retreat is located on a very quiet cul de sac in the Montgomery Estates neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe. It is a perfect location for the family to gather and reconnect. This spot is centrally located, a short drive to the Lake, to Heavenly Ski Resort to the village with shopping and dining options.
The Fair Meadow family retreat features an entry level great room with open living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room is accented by a wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a cozy couch (and throw blankets for cool winter nights) and nook for the kids to sit and play games or do a puzzle. The dining room table seats 8 and there is a slider to the back yard for summer BBQs (the yard is fenced). The kitchen is well equipped for the family chef to prepare meals for everyone. There is a 5 burner gas stove, all stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and microwave. A half bath and the laundry complete the main floor.
Upstairs:
The first bedroom has a two beds, queen and full
The second bedroom has a king bed
There is a full bath with tub/shower combo in the hallway.
The primary suite features a king sized bed, with a twin futon (perfect for little ones), a en suite bath with tile shower. There is a TV located in the primary bedroom. (there is also a mattress on the floor also good for the littles)
Foosball game included for the young or young at heart.
This home has been recently upgraded and decorated, it is in immaculate condition and ready for your family to create Tahoe memories.
There is a gas BBQ.
Your dog is welcome but due to extra wear and tear on the property there will be a $25.00 a day pet fee. The backyard is fully fenced.

While staying here, please make sure to follow local ordinances (noise/maximum occupancy and maximum vehicles on site)We also require a signed rental agreement for every reservation and the person signing must be 25 years of age, must be staying at the property and have a copy of the signed rental agreement with them during their stay.
When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared.
Our snow removal crews work every day, but we have no control over the county road snow plows that clear the roads.
4WD and or chains are always recommended. If you come in a small, low profile vehicle you may have difficulties.
Tahoe has experiences frequent power outages during snow, rain, wind events. We provide lanterns, but sometimes they disappear (or batteries vanish)
