We thought the property was great. Safe, clean, and in a great area. They cancelled our dining reservations an hour and a half before our reservation. We were in town for our anniversary. They were very apologetic and tried to make it right. We ended up making new reservations and all worked out, but an odd start to our trip.

Wanted to love it there more than I did. Staff, service, safety, and cleanliness was impeccable, but the room was as very small and unfortunately the heated floors in the bathroom did not work as advertised. Bed was not comfortable and the tv options were odd. Parking in the hotel lot was less than ideal due to a concert at the next door theater venue.

Flowers around the property were extraordinarily beautiful, the room was quiet and modern and upscale elegance, and the bistro 67 eggs Benedict delicious! Also enjoyed the Belfry Theatre Supertramp tribute. Fantastic!

Everything was absolutely fantastic as far as the staff, our rooms, and the facility. We did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant there, but we will go back when we get a chance.

Very quiet. No microwave in the room. No staff around. The place is very clean. Had a A/C issue on Sunday and no one was around to help. The room aren’t very big either.

Our recent stay at the Belfry House was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm smiles and hospitality. A personalized note, along with chocolates and cookies waiting in our room, was such a thoughtful and special touch that set the tone for a wonderful stay. We had the pleasure of dining at Bistro 67, where Lori and Ilene made our experience unforgettable. Their attention to detail and kindness made our anniversary dinner truly special, and we were even treated to a complimentary dessert, which was a delightful surprise. The atmosphere at the Bistro was cozy and inviting, and every meal was fantastic. The other guests we met during our stay were just as lovely, adding to the welcoming and relaxed vibe of the whole place. The Belfry House provides the perfect environment for a peaceful weekend getaway, with its phenomenal atmosphere and thoughtful details. As if our stay couldn’t get any better, we also attended a concert at the Belfry Theater, where an Earth, Wind & Fire tribute band performed. The energy and talent were incredible, and it was the perfect way to top off an already amazing experience. We will definitely be returning to the Belfry House, as it has become a new favorite of ours. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay but would have liked to had brighter lighting as an option in the room. We were also disappointed in the lack of popular TV cable news channels available, (i.e. Fox News). It's possible that this was a temporary situation due to the fact that both the channel listing provided in the room as well as the Spectrum TV Guide channel were inaccurate.

The property is amazing. Loved the private entrance. The special touches were awesome. Wine, chocolates, muffins. Very quiet. We ate at Bistro 67 for breakfast and dinner, both were very good. Parking is reserved for guests even during theatre events. We will be going back.
