The king jacuzzi suite was large, clean, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was more than expected for complimentary. Pool and hot tub were clean

This is a 1-star motel with jacked up rates due to the location at Lake Geneva. Total rip off. Smells like bleach. Bed was so bad that I had to put a pillow in the “hole” so I wouldn’t fall off the bed! Obviously there hasn’t been an upgrade in the beds for a long time. They Still have the plexiglass window over the registration desk. No service that I could see.

We left accidentally 2 of our bags in the parking lot called them after 8 hrs drive . They went above and beyond. Next day they sent the 2 bags We’re very appreciative and definitely will go back Thanks Jack

Good no-frills option

Clean, quiet budget motel - good option for working folks who just need a hot shower and a comfortable bed. Water pressure could use a little TLC and I can't recommend the coffee, but otherwise satisfactory. Coming from a long hot day working at an outdoor venue, we appreciated the late check-in.

Close to Lake Geneva with better rates. Continental breakfast needed more attention with refilling items, wiping tables, cleaning floors. We noticed very few employees covering the entire hotel.

Not good for family. The lock wasn't working properly. Several things in the room made us not feel comfortable or safe. Therefore we changed hotels. We are still waiting for our refund process for the change we had to make last minute.
