Old outdate property - My last visit with this property was 15 years ago and the property hadn’t changed much. Unfortunately, they’ve done nothing to keep the property updated and the level of customer service was poor. Definitely won’t go back

I went with my family of 9 to Maui the week of Oct 21-27. At first we did not know where to stay as all the hotels appeared to offer the same services. But then we decided to give Hyatt a chance. I am so glad we did! Not only was the hotel in extremely well condition, but staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were well serviced. One thing I always appreciate is having a comfortable bed. The beds at the Hyatt were very comfortable. Our view from the hotel was amazing though we did not pay the extra $350 to have beach view. The hotel is located in a multi hotel complex with easy access to the beach and one shopping center. The pools were kept clean. My 3 yr old enjoyed the kiddie pool with the water slide. Overall, great experience. I will stay in this location again when I return!! Thank you very much kind and friendly people at the Hyatt in Maui!!

Well maintained and nice ambience to refresh and recharge. The buffet breakfast at Swan Court is awesome... the same place also serves the dinner. Great service and overall great resort for family vacation. Next to ocean and beach walk. The beach walk also connects to other restaurants and The Whaler mall on Kaanapali beach.
