We had a pretty good stay! The only complaint was there was no maid service so when we ran out of items in the room-we had to constantly go down to the desk to request them.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! So clean, the furnishings were beautiful, the view was stunning and the suite had every feature you could possibly ever need! The washer/dryer was perfect! I LOVED the jetted tub! If they offered this as a condo for sale, I’d buy it! I cannot say more great things! The pool & hot tub were amazing and the shuttle to Duval St was so convenient! I will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

Air conditioning issue

The first day was great, but the second night, something was wrong with our air conditioner and it was freezing. We couldn't shhut it off and when we asked for help, the maintenance guy came up but said he would fix it it the morning. Unfortunately, that was our last day there and we froze all night.

Pretty property, very poor guest experience

The property used to be a Marriott property. They are located on the bay and have a pretty pool with a bar and seating area, lots of local Lizards and great potential. If you're ok paying $350 a night for a room closet with one window facing a stairwell - this is the place for you. None of the hotel-size rooms (~100 Sq/Ft) have any view at all (confirmed by the manager). The next size room, for $900+ is over 1,000 Sq Ft and might be better suited for a larger party. For your $300 closet space you will NOT GET room service. Also there are no phones in the rooms, so you will need to haul to the front desk located in the main building (not in the residence area) to make any request. They have red phones in the halls, but they are useless because they don't have a touchpad keypad so when your call goes into the auto attendant and you require a keypress to route to front desk - you're out of luck. It is also annoying that every facility here (the pool bar, restaurant, etc) is owned by a different party so you can't charge anything to your room. Every hotel within 1 mile is just as nice, half the price and a lot more convenient.

The property was in a beautiful setting however the quality of the 3 BR resort was unacceptable at $2000.00/night. The door handles of 3 doors were falling off. The tissue holder was falling off. The sliding glass door had a broken slide so we could not open/close to get to balcony. Reported this 3 times. Glass door never fixed. There were no facial tissues anywhere. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Started off bad when they never told me my room was ready when I had arrived hours earlier. When I called to see if it was they said yes but there is a maintenance issue with the door handle.. so I said ok then it’s not ready. Had to pull teeth to get maintenance to come install an handle….Only good thing about this was the free shuttle because it’s in a barren area. They never even tell you anything about the hotel when you check in like the free shuttle or breakfast. Even then only 1 of the drivers was nice and pleasant. For the high price you don’t even get your room cleaned. It’s impossible to get things to your room like toiletries, the front desk staff was rude and looked miserable everyday. Had people coming to my room mistakenly multiple times waking me up. Communal door to a cluster of rooms that had paper thin walls so middle of the night when people come back the door slams and wakes you up. I didnt get a full nights rest the whole time I was there. Pool bar way over priced and sub par, no actual beach just fake sand against a marina. If I knew the island better I would’ve never chosen to stay here and now I know better. Will not return.

Loved our stay here! The shuttle was great, friendly driver and convenient drop off and pick up spots, and very punctual. The tavern located on the property was amazing! Our G.E.M was Joseph who was kind and informative when had question or asked for restaurant recommendations! 10/10

We loved just about everything Beachside Resort offers. The location, the access to transportation to and from Duval St, their accommodations, their restaurant, the pool and beach bar. The staff was very accommodating, kind and friendly. A very relaxing and fun getaway for us.

Despite arranging the extension of stay by phone after arrival, it was not registered, which caused problems with the later travel to Miami, unprofessional service, floor and shower tiles, dirty that dirt could be scraped off the floor and walls tiles

Nice place to stay with family. Private beach. Sunset boat ride available. Nice restaurant within the property. 5min drive to Beach. Free shuttles to downtown and back. Spacious apartments. Would be nice to have some basic supplies such as pepper, salt and sugar since a kitchen is provided. Will definitely stay here again.

Main issue is that nobody told us that there is no room service, i.e. replacing the towels etc and we were out of coffee. When asking for that they brought it but without milk.
