Watch the parasailers float past and enjoy the view.

Great Get away in paradise
The condo complex is situated right across from the ocean, and with this condo being on the fourth floor it gave us a wonderful view – especially liked the lanai type deck, which could be used morning, noon and night as there was always a part of it in sun or shade. Nice big kitchen with plenty of seating for four either at the counter, or at the dining room table and it was stocked with everything you need to cook if you so desire. There are TVs in both bedrooms and a large screen in the front room area to which we hooked up our Roku so we could stream. Plenty of closet, space and the beds were very comfortable. You have one parking space assigned under cover and right next to the elevator and there is plenty of guest parking if you have a second car. The condo was extremely clean and we would recommend highly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo owners provided everything we could have needed for cooking, dining, relaxing and enjoying the balcony views. It is nearby to shopping, banking and minutes from Old Town. We look forward to returning.

Perfect Location!
We spent a month at La Brisia last year as well. This unit had the perfect view! We spent much more time on the oversized deck this year then we did last year. The unit is well stocked with just about anything you need. The beds are comfortable which is always a big plus. We loved the pool area, tennis court and location to Smather's Beach. We walked downtown numerous times and used an Uber to get back home. Kathy was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Would definetly stay again!

Exceeded all of our expectations
We walked into the condo and, BAM, that view! All you can see is ocean from inside of this beautifully renovated property. The kitchen is very tastefully decorated with sprawling granite counters, a dishwasher and ample pots, pans and utensils. Perfect for staying in and eating dinner while taking in the spectacular view from the generous sized balcony. We enjoyed coffee outside every morning as well. Being on the 4th (top) floor just adds to the sweeping views. The condo’s location on the quieter side of Key West, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Duval St, was a plus for us as well. This unit has a dedicated parking space under the building, right next to the elevator. There is also plenty of on site parking for guests or a golf cart- we found the golf cart to be the easiest way to explore the island and get us to all those great restaurants. La Brisa is a gated community, so it’s very private and safe. Every morning I walked out of the gate and across the street to Smathers beach to enjoy the sunrise. The close proximity to one of the nicest beaches in the Keys was another great advantage to renting this property. There are so many different kinds of palm trees surrounding the lovely landscaped pool area. We spent almost every day floating around and enjoying the company of the other guests at the condos. If I could complain about anything to do with this rental property, it’s that we had to leave. Thank you Kathy and Roger for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home for the last month. We will be back again if you have the availability!

Wonderful Time
The owner was attentive and always available for questions or issues. LaBrisa condo was an outstanding property with direct waterfront views and right across from smathers beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee and ending our night there with a cocktail. Place is well appointed, kitchen had everything we needed, the pool and grounds were safe and relaxing. We highly recommend Kathy's condo for your vacation in Key West.
