Shuttle arrives at the back of the hotel in andark and narrow road. The rooms are dark and inconvenient. Shower was leaking badly in to the bathroom and made everywhere wet. The water diş not get pressure and hot. I have not seen such a poor Hyatt in my life.

Well appointed modern hotel, among the closest to LAX. Lobby restaurant had good food but (predictably) overpriced. Good breakfast buffet. Attentive front desk staff. Would stay here again for sure.

This property was everything breakfast was A1 very clean very quiet even though you are right next to the airport the guest were nice the workers were great. They are very very happy. People is roomy. Everything was perfect. First time to LA My Daughter had a ball for her birthday.

LAX quiet hotel
We waited for an airport shuttle for 45 minutes and we ended up walking. Once we arrived check in was quick and the room is excellent.

Unfortunately my experience was not close to what I was expecting from a 4 or 5 star hotel, and certainly not from HYATT! I am a frequent traveller and hotels in third world countries offer better service! Never again! simple essentials not provided any more.
