❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
🔹 According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."

🚮 Trash can be brought to the dumpster provided on the property.
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🚗 Parking passes are $50.00 / two passes (included in cleaning fee).
🆔 A parking pass MUST be displayed in your vehicle(s) while on the property.

🔹Assigned parking is directly below the condo (right side of building close to the bay. Space number 113).
🔹Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.
⛵ If you are bringing a boat, you must have a sticker and this must be purchased in advance.
🔹WE NEED AT LEAST 48 HOURS prior to your arrival to arrange the boat sticker.
🔹Cost is $25.00 per stay and payment is due prior to your arrival. You must have a key to the gate to launch.

If you're looking for a casual stroll, you're in luck! The condo is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops.
🚲 Biking:
The Lagoon Run complex itself is likely walkable or bikeable, especially if you are staying in a central location.
You can rent bikes from a nearby shop and explore the area at your own pace:

🔹 Traffic can be heavy especially during peak season and ride apps booking may take time so be sure to allow extra time for travel.
