🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
🔹 One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
🔹 Bar of soap per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized shampoo per bathroom

🔹 Make-up removers per bathroom
🔹 Single sized dish liquid

🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.

🔹Assigned parking is directly below the condo (right side of building close to the bay. Space number 113).
🔹Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.
⛵ If you are bringing a boat, you must have a sticker and this must be purchased in advance.
🔹WE NEED AT LEAST 48 HOURS prior to your arrival to arrange the boat sticker.
🔹Cost is $25.00 per stay and payment is due prior to your arrival. You must have a key to the gate to launch.
