Great location!

Although the place needs some attention, the location on the 9th floor was great. The balcony overlooking the beach was great for the view, and enjoying meals there on the balcony was wonderful

Spring Break Gulf Shores

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as stated, the condo worked perfectly for our family of four. We loved the easy pool and beach access and we definitely plan to return to the Gulf Shores area again in the future.

The property was exactly as expected except could have been cleaner. Loved the view from the balcony and prefect location- close to everything. I highly recommend doing to Barefoot jet ski Dolphin Tour while staying in Gulf Shores.

You will need to buy everything you need.

It's outdated the bed were very uncomfortable. The kitchen floors were nasty. Really no room for food or groceries. I will not rent it again.

Perfect Family Getaway

The condo and property were very nice and clean. The pool was perfect for our kids (ages 4 and 7), and easy access to the beach made it the perfect spot for us to enjoy a week at the beach.

The balcony door was hard to open. Then when we got it open, it would not close back. So I was n

That broken balcony door ruined the trip for me. My son came by the next day and got it closed. but by then/, Bugs had started getting in through the open balcony door. This was unnerving to my granddaughters. :( The bed squeaked every move we made. I got NO sleep. I was not happy Not to mention lying awake and seeing tiny pest crawling on the ceiling above the bed. I was afraid they would fall on my grands. This is the worst beach condo I've stay in and I travel to Gulf SHores beach twice each year,

First time in the Gulf

This was my 8yo sons first time to the ocean, our families first time to Alabama. The Gulf was nothing short but amazing. I was worried about the noise level with it being Spring Break time, but we were extremely lucky with the noise level. The crowd and partying was at a minimum. Our condo was great with the most amazing view from the balcony. I will say I was a little disappointed with the following things; the queen size mattress had a dip in the middle (please replace), the dryer makes the most horrific noise when turned on (so we didn’t get to use that), the pullout couch DEFINITELY needs fixed and a new mattress. It would’ve been really nice to have atleast some salt and pepper to season our food. The coffee liners were provided, why not (S & P), and if you want to make toast … forget about it. The toaster doesn’t work. Overall, we had a wonderful time. We didn’t let these minor things interrupt. These are just merely suggestions to fix. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay. Oh … and I think you should replace the book so your visitors can continue to write their about their stay. Such a wonderful idea that was.

Good stay.

Had some issues with locks on French doors. Very hard to use. Clothes dryer makes a very loud noise. Not normal. Noticed mold around each bathroom mirror. Tried to contact property manager. On hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. Did send e mail. No response. Property is great , disappointed with no response about problems. View from balcony fantastic. Beautiful beach. Just minor issues need to be fixed.
