We’ve been coming to this facility for a long time and each time it just keeps getting worse. We go back because it’s nice to have a play place and swimming pool all in one place, but this last visit will be our last. Dirty out dated, doors wouldn’t lock hot tub and pool very cold, rubber matting surrounding play place very uneven (trip hazards) it has possibilities in desperate need of updating.

This property is old and not well kept up. There were stains on the sheets and tattered towels. A bottle of half empty vodka was in the parking lot for a week. The entrances smelled of cigarette smoke and one day. I smelled it in my non-smoking room when I came back from being out. I will not stay here again

It was a grungy hotel. Definitely needs some tender loving care. The bathroom in our room was not cleaned properly prior to arrival and the supplies were low.

The property needs major maintenance! It is dirty, the room smelled, toilet barely flushed. Needs paint and new carpet everywhere!!! I DO NOT Recommend this place!

It was a little rough around the edges to say the least! A Leaking a/c unit greeted us as it dripped water on our heads as we entered/exited the hallway to get into the hotel. Once in the bedroom, the TV stand had about half an inch of dust on it. Mold in bathroom, air vent in bathroom had lint/dust on it. Just seemed like overall it was a little rough around the edges. The hot tub was hot so that was a plus. Oh, bathroom door knob was missing the lock too. Took 20 min to get pool towels from front desk, and we were kicked out of the breakfast buffet and a bunch of hotel patrons were volun-told to eat their meals in the humid area where the pool/hot tub was located. Other than that, the beds were comfy. Probably won't be going back anytime soon.

I can't find anything in the list that I liked about this hotel. Is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. The bathroom had mold in the shower, the carpets haven't been cleaned in years. And God knows what else was in that room.

The staff was the only good part about this hotel. The windows had bird poop on them, the mattresses had multiple stains, the ceiling in the hallway looked like it would've collapsed, the phone wasn't working, the door to get in was broken and anyone could've got in. That's most of it but there is more that was wrong with the hotel.

We arrived late in the evening and were exhausted from a long day of moving my son and travel. The room we were assigned to had not been cleaned. Bed was unmade, bathroom had towels on the floor, just a mess. They had 2 men come clean the room, but all they did was put clean sheets on the bed and replaced the towels. There was no cleaning products involved and no vacuum. I said that to the front desk staff and they said it was ready and cleaned. I asked for my $ back and got far away from there. The common spaces were also dirty. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.

PLEASE READ AND DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE.

We checked out after a person in our party was stuck in the bathroom and a staff member had to spend 20 minutes trying to get the door open to get them out. The halls (at 4 in the afternoon) were full of huge garbage bags waiting to be taken out, the staff was complaining about multiple rooms never having been cleaned, laundry was pouring out of the area around what was the property's laundry are, and when we left after the realization that this hotel was in such poor condition that no one should be staying there, we were promised that they were approving our refund. Although they seemed sorry about the trauma of someone being locked in the hot bathroom until someone could rescue them, they actually denied the refund when Hotels.com followed up as we were instructed to ask them to do. Worst hotel experience EVER. Please do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. The idea that this management feels comfortable with keeping customers money when they can't even get out of their own bathrooms, is offensive at the very least. And, if you're traveling alone, you better take your phone to the toilet with you or you could be there for days - since housekeeping doesn't actually show up each day per their own statements!
