Very nice place

Clean, very comfortable, well appointed, with a good sized balcony, 20 minute walk to downtown. Very close to park, could get to a lot of trails and drives w/o having to deal with Gatlinburg downtown traffic.

Very clean, organized, A/C was great. Took a minute to figure out the operation of the television... (not a big deal). Had some loud neighbors on 2 nights but we called the number and it was taken care of quickly by your staff!!! thanks, we had fun.

Nice condo - would stay again

The property was nice and right by a stream that was beautiful. The pool is not large but served its purpose. Limited kitchen supplies (in comparison to other rentals we have stayed at) but overall a great spot!

Mini Get-away in Gatlinburg

The unit was wonderful, comfortable & convenient to everything. It had just about everything we needed but just one little suggestion. No big pots--something for pasta or fresh corn. We had due though. Thanks for a nice experience.

We booked this condo for a quick trip before my husband’s job change. The condo was easy to get to and in close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg. The unit was very clean and spacious! We would stay here again.

Excellent stay.

Large condo. Large kitchen, large bedrooms, two private bathrooms. (Bring your own bathing soap.) Very clean and well-kept. Free parking in garage below the building. Elevator. If healthy, walking distance to Gatlinburg strip (less than a mile). If not able to walk, public bus is free. (Otherwise parking in Gatlinburg is $20.)

Nice and Close to Gatlinburg!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Overall, the condo was extremely clean. The sleeper sofa bed was not (I guess housekeeping doesn't check it much), but the rest of the place was very clean and nice. All kitchen appliances have been replaced with new stainless appliances since the pictures were posted on the online listing. It was in an extremely convenient location--About 2 minutes out of downtown Gatlinburg. The place was perfect for what we used it for--A place to stay at night and then explore the area in the daytime. There's lots of traffic noise during the day, so not the quietest place to stay if you're wanting to just sit on the porch and soak up the mountains all weekend. Overall, we really enjoyed it and hope to come back again soon!

Nice Location - Close Proximity To Center Of Gatlinburg

The condo is walkable to main intersection in Gatlinburg (Ole Red). The condo is spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking a creek. We were two couples staying there and everyone enjoyed the unit and location. Parking was on site. We enjoyed walking to Flapjacks Pancake Cabin for breakfast. We would stay there again if given the opportunity.

Riverside beauty.

This is a wonderful condo on the side of the river. The sound of the rushing water was very relaxing, and the condo is very clean and beautifully appointed. We only needed food to cook to be at home! It’s on the trolley route and has parking, so excessive traffic can be avoided. A beautiful, cozy place for a great mountain vacation.

The property had an underground parking and in front of property parking, very clean, beautiful room and close to everything. If and when we do visit Tennessee again we will be checking for availability.

lot of ladybugs in master room on floors, floors need moping and vacuumed a little cleaner, sink was stop up on right side, grill on deck not clean, other than that loved it.
