Front desk ladies were very friendly, the parking lot is big and easy to access, the rooms were simple but clean, beds comfortable, and showers looked brand new. Diner right next door was great. No complaints.

Exceptional customer service

The motel itself is a bit dated but hey, it’s the mountains. What stood out was the exceptional customer service. Specifically, I found Shannon to be a rare gift to the hospitality field. She went well above and beyond to ensure that my stay was the best it could be. I was delayed in arrival and SHE actually called me to see if everything was alright. She then devised a plan to allow me to check in after normal hours. I’ve had less service at the Four Seasons. As long as Shannon is working there, I’ll be staying there. BTW - I never leave reviews - it takes a lot to earn my time. Thank you Shannon.

We love Shannon, the receptionist. There could’ve been more light in our room though, one corner was dark. We had noisy Neighbor, but Shannon sorted them out.

Budget friendly pick close to down town

The staff was nice and the room was pretty comfortable. There was only one nightstand in our room which really annoyed my husband. The table seemed to be drawn on and there was a tile sticking straight out in the shower but overall the room was adequate and not overpriced.
