New and clean and problematic.
No elevators. 2nd floor is not handicap accessible, and problematic for anyone with a physical condition that prevents yyou from carrying suitcases, coolers, etc. Up a flight of stairs.

Short vacation
The room was nice, business suite I believe. Plenty of room for 4 and our dog. Requested early check-in, got there early and then received notification that wasn’t available, waited for about 45 minutes for them to finish cleaning it. Overall, nice place to stay.

The AC is extremely LOUD, very annoying!! My 3-year-old couldn’t sleep because of it. No closet or hooks to hang clothes. Bathroom is super small and again, no hooks to hang towels or clothes. The staff who works during breakfast is very rude, she slammed things loudly and yelled at guests. Never stay here again!

Other than having no elevator, the place seemed clean and nice. I can't have gluten, so there wasn't much i could eat, so the breakfast was a little disappointing. The staff struggled keeping things full at breakfast. Things kept going empty and it took a little while to fill them, especially the eggs and sausage patties.
