Beach Front with views of Folly Fishing Pier. This recently renovated charming cottage has 2 queen beds and 1 King bed along with a queen sleeper sofa bed. The open kitchen features granite countertops and an ocean view while you cook. The open floor plan allows for easy conversation and entertaining. Hardwood floors, spiral staircase, washer & dryer, ceiling fans in all rooms. This home features a fenced yard and fenced deck for a pet safe environment.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs and we do not accept cats or birds. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. Please let me know the breed/s and weight/s of your dog/s upon booking.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a family trip with our 4 month old baby. The property is very clean with comfortable beds (we brought our own pack and play). Great location in proximity to Center st (check out Berts market for any house and food needs!). Beautiful views of the beach. The host is super responsive, too. Wpuld definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful!

The home is in an ideal location, cozy with three bedrooms and a pullout bed. We could sit on that deck looking and listening to the ocean forever. The owner truly cares that you are comfortable and happy. We will DEFINITELY be returning!

Beachfront Relaxation

This property checked all the boxes. Ocean Front. Gated Fence for dogs. Driveway parking. Short distance to Bert market for items. The views are amazing and literally steps to the Atlantic. Its an older beach house but that gives it the character. It was easy to get comfy there. We will look to stay again. Our pups were happy there too!

Cute little beach house

This property was very cute and had everything you needed for an enjoyable time at the beach. Enjoyed the views from the back porch and the ease of accessibility to the beach and the proximity to the town center. Owner is VERY responsive to questions, concerns, issues.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I with our son, daughter, son in law, and their golden retriever stayed here for the week. The view was stunning. You are so few steps from the beach. The fenced in small yard was perfect. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch taking in the view and the morning and night walks with the dog. The house was very clean and stocked with essentials. We brought towels and chairs with us, but there was no need to do so. There were plenty of both at the house so we didn't even use the ones I brought. The spiral staircase was a little tricky but nothing we couldn't handle. Loved our week here.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our week here so much, the house and setting was just perfect for our family. We had our small dog with us and the small fenced yard was definitely a plus. House was very clean and well maintained. Would love to stay again.

Excellent Location!

This home was very accurately described! The communication and response from owner is the best I have encountered. The home is super well maintained including the fenced in yard which is one of the best parts of property. Home is small but perfect size for small group. The 3rd bedroom is a loft with narrow spiral staircase gets a bit warm but there is a portable A/C unit which we did not use much because it was a bit noisy. The internet was a bit in and out. Great 3 weeks on Folly!!

Wonderful

Loved this house and look forward to staying again soon! It was clean (even smelled clean), well stocked with everything needed to cook or grill at home while watching the dolphins frolic in the ocean which is so close! My dogs enjoyed walks on the beach and the fenced yard! The host is very responsive! Great vacation!

Spring getaway

LOCATION! Literally steps from the beautiful beach. Far enough from center of town to enjoy a peaceful drink on the deck and quiet walk on the beach. But only a short golf cart ride to all the restaurants and action. Spiral stairs were difficult to navigate with luggage but we did it. We would definitely stay here again.

Simple Pleasures

We are two older couples, along with our dogs, who feel blessed to enjoy the simple pleasures of life; leisurely walks along the shore, cozy dinners overlooking the ocean and watching the sunrise together. This is the perfect place for friends to relax, to laugh together and to experience the beauty of growing old gracefully. We will continue to visit annually as long as the good Lord allows!

We loved this home! It feels like you couldn’t get closer to the beach if you wanted to. The house was clean and decorated so well. The artwork in the home was stunning and painted by the owner. Love that all of their properties are pet friendly.
