Checks all the boxes
Clean, good location and comfortable stay. Had issue with TV randomly turning on (4X) including at 2am. Was notified by owner this might happen. If aware of problem should have fixed or gotten new TV for room. Not cool to be woken in middle of nite. Coffee in room : horrible. Everything else was fine. Newly renovated and comfortable for a night. Worth it for us for location.

Conveniently located
Suite style hotel room. Has been tastefully updated. My two complaints are: the electric heater was super loud and running all night. Also, the property manager never sent me a message with check in instructions, since it is a hotel that kind of makes sense, but I have never had that happen on VRBO so it was a little disorienting.

Overall, our stay was good and we enjoyed our time. The location is right near RMNP, which is awesome, and the room was clean and spacious. However, it was absolutely impossible to get in contact with the property manager, both before our stay and during. They left notice that they are short staffed and supplied an emergency number they can be reached at ..... that they never answered. We left voice-mail and they never called back. So, if you go, prepare to have no issues or questions and it will be a good stay.
