A great property in terms of location, well maintained, friendly staff BUT the complimentary (compulsory) valet parking was a total pain! Waiting 45 minutes minimum to get your car is not okay. When we're on vacation a big part of the enjoyment is being spontaneous but their VERY SLOW valet service made that impossible. I WOULD NOT stay there again because of this.

I enjoyed the property/staff. The issue was the room which was very close to the downtown area, lending itself to lots of noise. There was bass shaking the room until 3 am, safe to say we didn't sleep much. It would have been ok if we had gotten a warning before booking the room. That or the property should invest in better noise reduction.

We had a lovely experience in the hotel, it's an excellent place to stay if you're looking for a place to reach inner Edmonton from. We spent most our time along Whyte Avenue and had a great time.

We loved the location. Even though the weather wasn't great the hotel does offer umbrellas for use while staying. The breakfast was good both days we were there. Will definitely book again.

I really like this hotel. Whyte Ave is noisy at night on weekends. If your not into the noise stay some place else.

The lobby and public area was very nice and inviting. The front desk employees were excellent, along with the valet service. Breakfast was excellent and very good selection. My complaints were based on the following: Room was very sparse and was not inviting at all. The bed was terrible, hard and very low. The lighting was poor and the room appeared to require a renovation (aged). If you are used to a quiet sleep this is not the place to stay, very loud all night.

I liked this spot a lot. It was my first time staying here and the Valet parking was excellent. I was probably a pain at times because of my unexpected and unplanned driving routine but I’m sure they did not mind at all. The one valet forgot his fob in my vehicle but I immediately returned it to him also lol. I will definitely stay here again without a doubt 🙂
