The property was located in the heart of Dublin, close to restaurants, public transportations which was convenient and easy to navigate. The only thing that was negative was that there was a pub next door and we heard music and people until 2am, very loud even on weekdays.

Well located for the city.
Well located hotel right in the centre of Dublin so easy to get around with trams and buses right outside, although easy to walk from there too to many of the sights. Room clean and comfortable, good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was a good selection, although sad the pancake machine was broken our second morning. Saved me from myself :D. Would stay here again if ever in Dublin. Right across the road from the Air Coach stop from the airport which was handy too.

I paid A LOT extra to upgrade to a "cityview". I had ZERO visibility to anything but trees directly outside our windows. Room 514. I feel I was tricked as a tourist. Also, my room window was left open by room attendants in a Friday night (oct 11). It was behind a curtain. It wasn't until 3am that i realized it was so unbelievably noisy with the parties in the streets because this was left open. Ugh. Worst sleep ever!

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The location is great--walking distance to a lot of points of interest for us tourists and near a bus stop. There were lots of food and restaurant options nearby as well. The rooms were a good size-- very clean. We also enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. There was a nice selection of breakfast options. The front desk staff were always friendly and ready to help or answer questions for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again if we go back to Dublin.

Excellent staff, Teo, the manager has no problem, cleaning table and be part of the serving staff. Zoram, front desk went out of her way to help with a smile on her face. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices to accommodate everyone. Great stay !
