The location is very good. Many public buses go right by the property to city center. Quiet location too. There is a charming breakfast place just around the corner as well. But, the bed in my unit was wedged between two walls and as such I just barely did not fit on the bed lengthwise. The shower stall is so tight my elbows were hitting the walls constantly trying to take a shower and someone that is much heavier than I (160 # 5'-11") would not fit into this showerbat all. The water pressure in the showerhead was very low as well. The small kitchenette was adequetly outfitted for anyone that would want to cook during their stay, but for me a vacation is not complete without going out to eat so I did not use the appliances. Very small space overall with little in the way of places to put things down on. Plus (and this is not unique to this flat but is almost universal to every place I have stayed in Ireland) what is it with individual hot and cold faucets in the lavs???? One can only wash their hands or face with EITHER hot or cold water, never able to mix the two before it comes out of the faucet! Overall, if you are short, thin, and don't care about placing things anywhere or having a place to hang a wet towel, this is a good place to stay. Now that I have seen how nice so many Irish B&Bs are, I would not opt to stay here again.. Not that it is bad, or dirty, it isn't,, in fact the place was immaculately clean, but there are so many more comfortable places to stay.
