In the Capo Beach neighborhood of Dana Point (close to San Clemente). Top floor end unit with AC and balcony overlooking the heated pool (w/ outdoor shower). Overnight easy street parking and free day time parking in lot if spot uncovered till 6PM (after 6 could be towed). Short 20 min walk to the shores of Capo Beach & Doheny State Beach. Perfect for 1-2 folks. Easy access to the 5. A short drive surf Trestles & Salt Creek. Near many stores, bars & grills.
