Honestly expected a better experience. The service was okay, however, the facility was terrible. Our shower head was covered in hard water/soap scum and the shower liner had mold. The ceiling in our room had paint hanging and the couch was covered in stains. We weren’t given an adequate amount of towels and had to wait around for them to be brought to our room. It wasn’t a convenient stay in the slightest. Paying for parking and breakfast at a hotel that seems to be doing the bare minimum is insanity and we will not be back. Save your money or use it at a hotel that is worth it.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the parking attendants. In particular, Jasmine & an older black gentleman were just lovely. One complaint is that the tub was a bit slippery, and for seniors it’s a hazard to step into.
