Really liked the space and amenities (free water is always a big plus) Location has a lot of local spots and great walkable options such as to the Market or to Lotte Departments Stores. Disliked that they did notngive complimentary razors or skincare unfortunately.

Convenient, easy walk to Namdaemun Market, subway, Myeongdong( a bit of a walk but walkable), etc. Lots of dining options to choose from. Taxis and Ubers arrive quickly when summoned from this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient everything was around the property. The staff was amazing and with washer and dryer on the facility made it extra convenient seeing as we stayed for 27 days. They took special care with items left in the room when cleaning. Everything we needed was in walking distance and o will be booking this hotel again next year.

First and foremost, the room was huge - we stayed in three different hotels during our time in Korea and this was by far the biggest room we had. We got a king-size bed, and still had plenty of space around it. Rooms are generally well kitted out with everything you need and a good range of international channels on the TV. One slight weird thing: the bathroom door was see-through from the outside, which made us rather self-conscious when using the loo! Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Hotel surroundings are good with plenty of dining options. There was building work taking place next to the hotel during our stay and the staff were apologetic about the potential disruption, but to be perfectly honest we really didn't notice it. Proximity to the main station also a big draw. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent about it. Great and healthy staff that was able to answer our questions. The only downfall is that there was no microwave. I'm not sure if the rest of the in Korea offer the same but this was a minor issue.
